Kimberly Shih
Director of Talent
Kimberly is the Director of Talent at Section 32 where she partners closely with the funds’ portfolio companies to drive talent strategies and boost talent pipeline. She is passionate about making meaningful connections and building great teams.
Prior to Section 32, Kimberly started her career at a staffing firm where she specialized in engineering and design placements. Most recently, Kimberly was at Essential where she supported hiring across engineering and SG&A verticals.
Kimberly holds a B.S. in Biological Sciences from University of California, Santa Barbara, and holds a SHRM-CP certification. She is also an active member of the VC Platform Global Community.
