Sarah serves as an advisor to Section 32’s portfolio of companies.

Sarah was Partner and CHRO at Third Rock Ventures where she was responsible for internal human resources and provided guidance and counsel to the portfolio companies, focusing on human capital, talent acquisition and management, leadership development, organizational change and evolution, culture creation, board management, and compensation strategy.

She has served as interim CHRO for Cedilla Therapeutics, Thrive Earlier Detection, Relay Therapeutics, and MOMA Therapeutics and served on the Board of Directors for Thrive Earlier Detection and chaired the Compensation Committee.

Prior to Third Rock, Sarah was SVP, Human Resources at Foundation Medicine, where she worked closely with Mike and Steve. Joining the company at launch, Sarah built and fostered the high-performing culture that made FMI a repeated top place to work and a pioneer for talent branding in the life sciences sector.
